Job description
As a fast-growing company, we are looking for an HR & Admin officer in our Hanoi office, reporting to the Head of Vietnam Office, to provide day-to-day support in HR and Administration functions in the Hanoi office.
- HR responsibilities:
- Own the related-HR process like recruitment, onboarding, onboarding…
- Monitor, manage, update personnel records, continuously update and monitor changes in personnel.
- Post JDs on recruitment platform, work with the recruitment agency and proceed the recruitment process
- Organize team-building events and any other bonding activities in the office
- Follow and support the performance review process
- Prepare the attendance timesheet
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
- Admin responsibility:
- Perform general administrative duties such as organization of files, documents, contract, tracking equipments and assets... etc
- Monitor, check and pay administrative related costs
- Prepare and submit the reports, documents requested by the other departments or authorities
- Maintain 5S implementation and ensure the discipline in the office
- Maintain employee records and documentation (contracts, leaves, expense claims,...)
- Comply with regulations on health insurance and social insurance for all employees
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor degree in Bachelor in Economics, Finance – Banking, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, English, or related majors…
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin position, preferably in tech/ IT company
- Experience using office equipment, Microsoft Office, spreadsheet.
- Ability to multitask, can-do attitude
- Must demonstrate initiative, motivation, and the ability to work independently
- Good verbal, written communication and organizational skill
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation and local policies
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period
