Description
As a member of the Eureka Robotics Product team, you shall be responsible for owning and creating a best-in-class User Experience for our products by architecting and refining the design process and working very closely with the Product and Engineering teams for building, executing, training on our software applications suite to improve the customer experience and satisfaction.
You will be part of revolutionizing the High Accuracy - High Agility robotic automation space. In addition to understanding the requirements in regular project enhancements, you will create new cool products, apps, and services to enhance the User Experience. You will equip the users with metrics and methods to measure and improve usability and productivity.
The candidate is identified as an experienced UI/UX designer and comes with a strong domain understanding and a proven track record. He/she would be highly motivated and a self-starter and able to deep-dive into technology aspects.
Responsibilities
- Create design documents including personas, journey maps to understand user behavior, attitudes, needs, and pain points and low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity wireframes, sitemaps, and prototypes to delivering solutions in time-challenged committed timeframes
- Showcase and deliver designs to internal teams and customers/partners. Collect and incorporate feedback to refine and iterate on design solutions, ensuring a user-centric approach
- Track and measure what was delivered and how well it performs against success measures
- Partner effectively with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process to ensure UX designs align with overall project goals and technical feasibility. Clearly communicate design decisions and influence stakeholders based on user research and data-driven insights.
- Plan and conduct surveys, interviews and testing using various techniques and translate insights into solid design solutions and provide strong rationale for the design decisions made
Requirements
Must Have
- 2+ years of relevant UX experience with a proven track record of designing and shipping user-centric products
- Proficiency in UX processes and design tools (Sketch, Figma,...)
- In-depth understanding and experience with Design Systems, Design Sprints, and Lean UX methodologies
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment, experience with Agile execution is desirable
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences with excellent data-driven approach
- Strong ability to independently perform the essential capabilities required in this role
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and experience working with technical teams
- Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and provide constructive feedback
- Proficient in English communication (4 skills)
Good to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier institute in design stream (Information design, User Interface, Interaction Communication, Graphics, Industrial, etc) with formal design education
- Experienced and executed at least 2-3 complex enterprise-level projects (preferably in the B2B space)
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and collaboration tools like Figjam, Jira, and Miro
